Saiko AI ("the app") turns a photo you choose into a short AI-generated dance video. The app is operated by Webmob OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains exactly what data the app collects, how it is processed, where it is stored, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and honest.
What we collect
- Photos you upload. To generate a video, you upload a photo — typically one that shows a person's face and body. This is the core data the app processes. We only receive photos you explicitly select and submit; the app does not scan your photo library.
- Generated videos. The dance videos created from your photos are stored so you can view, download, and share them.
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and name from the sign-in provider and store them with your account. We also store the gender you select in the app, which is used to tailor your generations.
- Device information. A user identifier, a device identifier, device type, operating system version, language, and app version. If you enable notifications, we also collect a push notification token so we can deliver them.
- Usage data. Basic usage events (for example, which screens are used and whether a generation succeeds) are collected through Google Firebase Analytics and Wiredash so we can fix problems and improve the app. Firebase Analytics events are linked to your account's user identifier; Wiredash usage events are not linked to your identity.
- Crash and diagnostics data. If the app crashes or encounters an error, a report is collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics. It includes device information, the screen you were on, and your account's user identifier, so we can reproduce and fix the problem. Crash reports never include your photos or videos.
- Advertising data. To measure whether our own ads (for example, on Instagram) lead to app installs, the app shares basic app events — first launch, app opens, and on Android in-app purchase events — with Meta. On Android this includes your device's advertising ID, which you can reset or delete at any time in your device settings. On iOS we do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not show a tracking prompt; Apple reports ad performance to us only in aggregate form (SKAdNetwork). We share this data solely to measure our own ad campaigns, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding whether our advertising works. Advertising data is never linked to your photos or videos.
- Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or credits, the purchase is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase state (for example, "active subscription") through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider — not your payment card details.
- Feedback. If you choose to send feedback from within the app, the message and basic device information are collected through Wiredash so we can respond to it.
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or microphone audio.
How your photos are processed
When you request a generation, your photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed on secure cloud infrastructure operated by the service providers listed under "Where your data lives" below. These providers process your photo only to fulfil your generation request, and the finished video is delivered back to your device.
Your photos and videos are used to provide the service you requested. We do not use your photos or generated videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.
Face imagery
Photos of people necessarily include face imagery. We process it solely to generate the video you asked for. We do not build face-recognition profiles, do not attempt to identify people in photos, and do not share face imagery with anyone except the infrastructure providers listed above, acting on our instructions.
Where your data lives
- Supabase — storage of uploaded photos, generated videos, and account records.
- Replicate — temporary processing of photos during AI photo-filter generation.
- RunPod — temporary processing of photos during video generation.
- Google Firebase — push notification delivery, app-integrity checks, usage analytics, and crash reporting.
- RevenueCat — subscription state management.
- Wiredash — in-app feedback and anonymous usage events.
- Meta — advertising attribution and measurement (app install and purchase events).
- Apple App Store / Google Play — purchase processing.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
International transfers
Some of the providers above process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as set out in each provider's data processing agreement.
Retention and deletion
- Uploaded photos and generated videos are retained while your account is active so that your library keeps working.
- You can delete individual generations from within the app; deletion removes the photo and video from our storage.
- You can request deletion of your entire account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@webmob.ee. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@webmob.ee. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children
Saiko AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly allow them to use the app or collect data from them directly. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data.
Some features let a parent or guardian upload a photo of their own child to create a video. If you do this, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and consent to the processing. Children's photos are processed exactly like any other photo — solely to generate the video you requested, never for anything else — and you can delete them at any time from within the app.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
